Szellemi tulajdon
A dienesart.hu weboldal dizájnja és tartalma, azaz a szövegek, képek, grafikák és videók, szellemi tulajdonnak minősülnek és szerzői jogi védelem alatt állnak. A szellemi tulajdonnal kapcsolatos információkról, a tulajdonost megillető jogokról és jogorvoslati lehetőségekről a Szellemi Tulajdon Nemzeti Hivatala weboldalán olvashat bővebben.

Felelősség
A honlapon közölt tartalmak kizárólag tájékoztató céllal kerültek a weboldalra. Törekszünk arra, hogy az információk naprakészek és hitelesek legyenek, ennek ellenére előfordulhatnak benne pontatlanságok, valamint a technika gyors fejlődése következtében idővel elavult tartalmak. A tájékoztatásból eredő esetleges károkért a weboldal üzemeltetője nem vállal semmilyen felelősséget.

A weboldalon számos forrást megjelölő külső hivatkozás található, azaz más weboldalakról származó link. Ezek a másik fél tulajdonát képező linkek nem automatikusan irányítják át a látogatót, csupán egy kapcsolódási lehetőséget nyújtanak az adott weboldalra. A weboldal üzemeltetője nem vállal semmilyen felelősséget a kapcsolódó honlapok tartalmáért, annak technikai és jogszerű működéséért.

Szerzői jogi védelem
A weboldalon található tartalmak (ideértve az oldal teljes tartalmának, vagy annak egy részletét) másolása, terjesztése és más weboldalon való publikálása kizárólag a szerző (DienesArt Kft.) előzetes, írásos beleegyezésével és a forrás megjelölésével lehetséges. Ugyanakkor tilos a weboldal tartalmát kereskedelmi céllal sokszorosítani, terjeszteni, megváltoztatni, illetve harmadik félnek továbbadni.

A weboldal tartalmának felhasználásával, mint ráutaló magatartással (Ptk. 6:4.§, 6:5.§) a dienesart.hu és a Felhasználó között megállapodás jön létre, amely a dienesart.hu weboldal felhasználásról való tudomásszerzésével válik hatályossá. Ezen megállapodás értelmében a Felhasználó a felhasználás ellenértékeként minden megkezdett napi felhasználásért, naponta 50.000 Ft + ÁFA díjat köteles DienesArt Kft. számára, az erről szóló felszólítás és számla kézhezvételétől számított 8 napon belül megfizetni. Jelen díj átalánydíj, amelynek összegét nem befolyásolja, hogy a Felhasználó milyen mennyiségű tartalmat használt fel.

Aki az oldal tartalmát DienesArt Kft. előzetes, írásbeli engedélye nélkül felhasználja, jogsértést követ el. Amennyiben a fent megjelölt díjat határidőben nem fizeti meg, a jogsértés kiküszöbölése érdekében a DienesArt Kft. fog kezdeményezni mind a jogsértést elkövető weboldalának szolgáltatójánál (2001. évi CVIII. törvény 13./A. §), mind az illetékes bíróságon.

Under this agreement, the User agrees to pay a usage fee of HUF 50,000 + VAT per commenced day of use for unauthorized use of the content. The fee must be paid to DienesArt Ltd. within 8 days of receiving the relevant notice and invoice. This fee is a flat-rate fee and is independent of the amount of content used.

Any use of the website content without the prior written permission of DienesArt Ltd. constitutes copyright infringement. In the event that the above-mentioned fee is not paid within the specified deadline, DienesArt Ltd. reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings both with the hosting provider of the infringing website (pursuant to Act CVIII of 2001, Section 13/A) and before the competent court.
